1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EmberVra ParkCraft regarding your access to and use of embervra.bond (the “Site”) and related training services (“Services”). By accessing the Site or booking a course, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and, where required, hold a valid driver’s license to participate in in-car coaching. For learners under the age required by local law, a parent or guardian must consent.
3. Booking and cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment confirmation.
- You may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the session start time.
- Within 48 hours, we generally offer rescheduling credit subject to coach availability.
4. Safety
All training sessions must comply with traffic laws and safety guidelines. Coaches may stop or adjust a session if conditions are unsafe (weather, lighting, vehicle condition, or participant behavior).
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment details on our servers. Fees and taxes are displayed at checkout where applicable.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the ParkCraft method materials, is owned or licensed by EmberVra ParkCraft and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. User conduct
- Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services.
- Provide accurate information during booking and communications.
- Respect instructors and follow their safety instructions at all times.
8. Disclaimers
We provide training and guidance but do not guarantee passing any governmental driving test. Real-world conditions vary; your judgment and legal compliance are essential at all times.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmberVra ParkCraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date.
